This article is going to explain the importance of sport, diets and school sports.

The importance of sport is to get involved in a wide variety of physical activities, also to stay fit and healthy.

When getting involved with amateur or professional sports, sometimes you have to alter you diet to keep fit so you keep playing sports. These changes may include: reduction of fatty or sugary foods, more vegetables and fruit and possibly more or less protein. Oil/spreads may be cut down depending on the amount you already eat/cook with. You should have less oil/spreads in your diet compared to everything else.  

The sports we do at this school are football, rugby and hockey. Also there is swimming, ultimate fisbee and dodgeball. The school also does a variation of house tournaments between Johnson, Mortimer, Holtby, Bronte.
